When her second child was born, a British mother knew that living with her dog was going to be fine. She didn’t expect the baby and the canine to become so close, however.
Ewa Barska, 38, is a financial analyst by profession and lives in Southend-on-Sea in Essex (South East England). She is the mother of 2 toddlers and the owner of a cute dog named Eddy, a 5-year-old English Bulldog.
Endowed with boundless patience and extreme gentleness, he not only “tolerated” his mistress’s children; he has become their best friend. This friendship is even more intense with the youngest of the siblings: Adam.
The latter is only 8 months old, but he already has a special relationship with the animal. Eddy instinctively developed into an infant big brother, just like he did with his 4 year old sister Anja.
A protective and caring big brother
Eddy and Adam form an inseparable duo. They share a lot of things, starting with naps and displays of affection. “Eddy loves giving Adam kisses and he lays his head on the baby when he’s sleepy. And when Adam takes a nap in his crib, Eddy goes to lie down next to him to fall asleep, too. It’s adorable, ”Ewa Barska tells Metro.
