An American volunteer shared a video that went viral, showing her surrounded by doggos on a plane taking them to their new homes. These puppies came from shelters where they risked being euthanized.

This moment of pure happiness, Cassandra Bergeron, 26, recently shared by posting the video on TikTok. Footage shot last July on a 45-minute flight taking 27 Enterprise pets from Alabama to Orlando, Florida.

Michael Young, an acquaintance of the young woman, was in command of the single-engine. He had asked her if she wanted to accompany a group of dogs from shelters performing euthanasia. A mission that Cassandra Bergeron and 2 of her friends accepted with joy.

animals were about to be transferred to other reception facilities that did not euthanize their residents.

Even though the plane was “overcrowded”, Cassandra Bergeron was in no rush to get out. In fact, she said she “didn’t want to land”, she was savoring the moment so much. “I couldn’t stop smiling,” she added.

Passengers with exemplary behavior

“There is no better place than the seat on this plane”

On their arrival in Orlando, about fifteen other volunteers were waiting for them to take care of them and take them to their new shelters. According to Yahoo !, almost all of them were subsequently adopted.

As for Cassandra Bergeron, she loved the experience so much that she took part in 2 other similar trips, helping to save dozens of dogs. She then moved to Atlanta, Georgia. She will keep fond memories of it: “There is no better place than the seat on this plane”.
