The boy got the title of a lifeguard, he’s a real hero: he amazed everyone with his behavior

Once, 4-year-old Mason Ochea was playing at home when he noticed his little brother, who had fallen into the pool.

Any child his age would have cried or called for help, but the boy ran into the yard and managed to pull his brother out of the water.

That’s when the boys’ father came and called an ambulance. The brother had lost consciousness.

When lifeguards arrived after checking the boy, they said his life was not in danger and if he had come out of the water a few minutes later it would have been hopeless.

Mason is a real hero, when the rescuers learned that he was the one who saved his brother, they offered his father to take him to their HQ for little lessons.

The boy was welcomed very warmly there, they taught him several things: how to bandage, what tools are available, etc.

Mason received a lifeguard uniform as a gift and Chief Lifeguard John Van Gieson presented him with an award and the boy became the youngest lifeguard in town.

Fortunately, the boy’s younger brother recovered quickly, and this incident forced everyone to have a fence around their swimming pools.

Mason has been learning to swim and climb walls since childhood in order to become a lifeguard.
