Morgan and Luke Mackley were photographing their wedding at the Felt Estate in Saugatuck, Michigan and at that time something unexpected happen.
“We walked up that hill and came to a field where we saw a deer just beyond a wooden fence,” said Laurenda Bennett, the wedding photographer.
“The deer looked up as soon as we arrived and calmly walked towards the bride and groom.”
Bennett told The Dodo, “He started extending his neck and ripping flowers out of his arrangement and gnawing.
“Then he steps over the fence and stands before them, just dragging and devouring the bouquet.”
The couple tried everything they could to keep the bouquet out of the deer’s reach.
As a result, Morgan finally gave up the bouquet. Bennett, on the other hand, didn’t expect the deer to show up.
Bennett, on the other hand, didn’t expect the deer to show up. Bennett remarked, “I never thought in a million years that I would meet him, especially when I was photographing my wedding. I felt like it was meant to be.”
Bennett said: “We are all laughing and looking at each other in disbelief. I think everyone was a little surprised, and it was a very memorable experience.”
