After heroically saving both his mother and his baby brother’s lives, this quick-thinking kid has been hailed as a hero!
Ashly Moreau of Sulphur, Louisiana, gave birth about six weeks earlier than intended. The woman was at home when the water broke in the bathroom, and she had no idea what to do.
However, the assistance she required came from an unexpected source: her 10-year-old son, Jayden.
Kelsey Richard, Ashly’s fiance, was at work when she discovered the baby’s feet and immediately contacted Jayden to inform his grandma, who lived next door.
Because the elderly lady was recovering from surgery, the best she could do was dial 911.
When the mother learned the baby was in the breech position, she felt she needed to act immediately to avert any difficulties. Jayden was her only hope.
“I told him, ‘You’re going to have to deliver your brother, and we’ve got to do it quickly because the baby’s feet are turning blue and he can’t breathe,'” the mom explained. “Tell me what I need to do, and I’ll do it,” he said.
Jayden successfully delivered his baby brother by carefully following his mother’s directions.
But he quickly recognised his infant sibling wasn’t breathing, so the 10-year-old grabbed the nasal aspirator and used it to push air into his mouth. After then, the little one started to breath normally
